Obviously property management companies need to charge for the services they provide to their customers. As an owner of rental property, it is in your best interest to know as much as possible about the fee schedules of the different companies you are considering to care for your investment.
We consider our fees fair and reasonably priced, and we challenge you to find another company that provides the quality services we do, at lower cost.

1. What is the property management fee? 2. Is there a "start-up fee" to add my property into the property management system? 3. Is there a "rent-up" fee, or a charge when my property goes vacant and the management company has to prepare it to be rented? NO FEE
4. Is there a vacancy fee if my property is empty for a period of time? 5. Is there a property management fee (other than what the eviction service charges) for evicting a tenant from my property? 6. Will I be locked into a long-term contract?
